• Built Regeneva's core SaaS platform (Regeneva Connect) — a sustainability marketplace connecting organizations with verified ESG experts and green solution providers
• Developed a full-featured service marketplace with quotations, public/private RFPs, bookings, earnings, payouts, and service management
• Implemented custom real-time video calling (WebRTC) for live expert consultations and sustainability advisory sessions
• Delivered multiple high-conversion landing pages, including the Regeneva main website and Regeneva Academy workshop platform
• Architected the platform with a scalable, product-first approach, focusing on real-world workflows for ESG consultants and enterprises

• Led end-to-end development of Pravira's B2B digital platform, enabling hardware dealers to discover, compare, and order products from distributors online
• Built the Pravira public website with a quotation system where customers submit product enquiries and admins manage and respond via an internal dashboard
• Designed and developed a custom Admin Portal to manage leads, customer requests, product listings, and dealer communications
• Currently building the Pravira Mobile App, streamlining the entire product buying workflow between dealers and distributors
• Architected the system with a product-first mindset, focusing on scalability, performance, and real-world business operations

• Owned and managed all technical solutions across the organization as the sole Tech Lead
• Built ULEARN, a full-scale learning management platform used by students from UKG to Grade 10, supporting roles like students, teachers, coordinators, trainers, principals, and admins
• Developed a multi-role management system enabling live classes, video content, PDFs, assignments, progress tracking, and performance reports
• Delivered the company's primary landing platform (uniqedu.in) and the Global English Olympiad (IEOF) website for nationwide student registrations and course onboarding
• Led the development of the top-selling "English Excel Program", driving core user engagement and platform adoption
